Business Manager
Terry E. Peck

Terry is a third generation member of Local 520 who
has proudly initiated into Local 520 in 1976. Upon
completion of his apprenticeship Terry has held numerous
offices throughout his 31 years as a member of 520 beginning
with Apprenticeship Alumni President, Inside Guard, and
Examining Board Member. In 1992, Terry was elected as
President of Local 520 along with being appointed as
Chairman of our Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.
Terry then became Business Agent in 1993 and continued to be
reelected for the next 14 years. In addition to his
responsibilities as Business Agent, Terry also served as
Recording Secretary for the Central Pennsylvania Building
Trades. In June 2007 Terry was elected to the office of
Business Manager for Local 520.
Financial Secretary & Treasurer
Frank M. Kelly

Frank was initiated into Local 520 in 1982. Upon completion
of his apprenticeship Frank has held numerous positions with
Local 520 beginning with Apprentice Alumni President, Examining Board, Finance Committee,
Executive Board and is currently a Health & Welfare and
Pension Trustee. Frank resides in Carlisle, Pa with his wife
Diane and son, Nick.

Jim G. Carpenter

Jim was initiated into Local 810 in 1975. Upon completion of
his apprenticeship Jim served on Local 810’s Welding
Examining Board and graduated as an Apprentice Instructor in
1990. In 1991, Jim was elected to the Local 520’s Executive
Board and in 1994 he was elected Business Agent. Jim is in
his fifth term serving as Local 520 Business agent and has
been a member of the United Association for 32 years.
Scott E. Christ

Scott was initiated into Local 520 in 1983. Upon completion
of his apprenticeship Scott has held numerous positions with
Local 520, beginning with Apprentice Alumni President,
Inside Guard, Executive Board member, Trustee of the Joint
Apprentice Training Committee, President of Local 520 from
1992 through 2003. In addition to his current role as
Business Agent, Scott is a member of Local 520’s Committee
on Political Education.
Ron Enders

Ron was initiated into local 520 in 1979. Upon completion of
his apprenticeship Ron served on Local 520’s Examining Board
for six years and Local 520’s Executive Board for six years.
Ron has been a member of the United Association for 28
years.
Jay P. Nenninger

Jay was initiated into Local 520 in 1981. Upon completion of
his apprenticeship Jay has held numerous positions with
Local 520 beginning with Apprentice Alumni President, Examining Board member, Local 520
Vice President and Chairman of the Joint Apprenticeship
Training Committee for five terms. In addition to his
current role as Business Agent, Jay serves as Cope Committee
Chairman. Jay resides in Linglestown, Pa with his wife Jodi
and has two children, Casey and Lila.
